WowCred ("we") operates wowcred.com as a loan distribution service, connecting borrowers with RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs across India. We are an intermediary — we are not a lender and do not take credit decisions.
Details you submit in forms or chat: name, mobile number, city, income range, employment type, loan requirement and any message you send. Automatically: device type, pages visited and approximate location via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) if enabled.
To assess loan eligibility, contact you about your enquiry via call, SMS, WhatsApp or email (including if your number is DND-registered, per the consent you give on submission), match and share your details with relevant lending partners for processing your requirement, improve our website, and comply with law.
Your details are shared only with lending partners relevant to your requirement, service providers who run our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
Lead data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. Calculator inputs stay in your browser. We retain lead data as long as needed to service your enquiry and meet legal obligations.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent for further contact, by writing to us at the email on our contact page. We honour such requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention needs.
